1. RESEARCH QUESTIONS: From a parents point of view how does working one or multiple jobs and trying to raise small children at the same time effect their everyday life? OR How does a persons status take part in the positions they are hired for in big business?
2. INTERVIEW QUESTIONS:
- How long have you been working as a Marriot Hotel Employee?
- What made yor interested in picking this kind of work?
- what are your job requirements?
- How long have you been in the position you work in now?
- how many children do you have? how old are they?
- how did you manage to raise small children and keep your job(s)?
- do you think "status" has anything to do with the positions the employees are given when they are hired at the Marriot?
BASED ON THE WAY THE INTERVIEW MAY GO THE QUESTION CAN CHANGE AND MORE QUESTIONS WILL BE ADDED.
Good start & I think you're ready to do the interview - I'd also think about adding some questions that go beyond the facts of the job - think about how to get at their emotions about the work - including the changing of jobs and the balance between the work and family.
